Owners Giuseppe and Marisa Ruta, originally from Ispica, Sicily, have created their own panini empire in Garden City South on Nassau Blvd. The menu -- always delectable -- is a chef's showcase, changing weekly to take full advantage of the freshest meats and produce of the season. In the dining room, La Bottega offers daily specials, Bruschette, imported cheeses and Antipasti. |

In addition to more than 60 different kinds of panini, 25 salads and a wine list featuring over 300 imported Italian wines, La Bottega has also become famous for its innovative Dinner-In-A- Box.
