Owners and creators of
La Bottega, Giuseppe & Marisa, wanted to share their idea and dream with their friends. Jimmy, Arturo and Chris joined up with Giuseppe to create La Bottega of Roslyn.  

This unique location appealed to them with its antique charm and style of an old world Italian salumaio.  In addition to the atmosphere, this location has the equipment to allow us to create a wide variety of specialty pizzas as well as rotisserie chicken.  Although panini are still the stars of the menu, friends and customers enjoy these new additions.
